Nikki believes you can never communicate too much. She has an “all things are possible” attitude when it comes to rolling out a project or event. And creating a memorable guest experience is always the goal. If a guest walks away feeling like their time was honored and their life was elevated in some way, then mission accomplished. In addition, she prides herself on being a life long learner. The thrill for her is in the process of learning. Curious, inquisitive and adventurous to boot! She loves focusing on personal growth and improving processes and methods – continually making things better. She is excited to serve the Premiere Plus family!
