Creative in all areas of business, Eric has a passion for detail and driving innovative business techniques above and beyond the norm staying ahead of the game. Brought up as a rookie in the Dot.com era just outside of Minnepolis MN, Eric quickly excelled in multiple fortune 500 companies (such as GMAC, ALIANZ, UNITED HEALTH GROUP, PEARSON VUE) as a senior UI designer for application software. After 10 yrs riding the corporate train, Eric took the independent route counseling REALTORS and mortgage brokers on marketing and business development. While residential investing in Florida sparked more interest, Eric and family moved to Naples in 2005 from Minneapolis, MN to support family owned real estate companies IBR, Ruby Realty, Co. and Premiere Plus Realty, Co. With 12 years licensed real estate and broker experience, today he oversees all opperations and future growth of the companies while also being one of the lead brokers.
