Rivka was born in Tel Aviv, Israel and moved with her family to Boston, MA at the young age of five and where much of her family and part of heart will always reside. Rivka’s first passion has always been in the field cognitive psychology, in fact she completed her B.A. in psychology concentrating in child development from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. As her love of Israel never stopped burning, she moved back to Israel after college planning to pursue her graduate degree in educational psychology at the University of Haifa and to permanently settle back in her homeland. Years later, family circumstances brought Rivka back to Boston where she completed her master’s in counseling psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
While Rivka never imagined herself living in the beautiful, sunny state of Florida, or a small barrier island like Marco, as she absolutely loves experiencing all four seasons, she happily agreed to move 1,500 miles south in 2004 to marry the love her life, Elliott, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Rivka considers herself a life-long learner in both the formal and informal sense. Her career path has taken her from therapist to educational administrator and more recently, since moving to Marco Island, in the field of real estate and office management. Professionally, Rivka looks forward to utilizing her honed listening and communication skills to support our agents to become the most successful business owners possible.
