Missy Patterson

Plain and simple, my passion is people. I know that connecting with others adds value and creates joy. I’m naturally curious, a great listener, and most of all, my heart beats to serve. I realize that with every real estate journey, emotions are high, and I strive to listen and respond with care and provide solutions that will help you achieve your goals. I believe in hard work, attention to detail, and open, honest communication. Those beliefs are woven throughout my life and over two decades of going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prior to practicing real estate, my background was diverse and included owning and operating a full-service family salon, practicing massage therapy, and assisting professionals at the executive level. Currently, I am blessed to serve as a Realtor® in both my home state of Michigan, specializing in the greater Grand Rapids area, and in one of my favorite states, Florida, specializing in southwest Florida along the gulf coast.
In addition to my exceptional service commitment, I’m dedicated to serving my community and supporting local organizations and nonprofits. As a lifelong learner, I’m a proud and active member of the following organizations: Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Michigan and Florida Associations of Realtors, the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors. I reside in both Grand Rapids, MI, and in Estero, FL with my loving husband of 20+ years, two supportive sons, and a sweet Miniature Dachshund. I love living life from the fresh coast to the gulf coast!
